چکیده
Resume. The aim of the research was to study feasibility galvanization in case superficial and deep dermal thermal burns.
Materials methods. efficiency direct current electric field (DCEF) studied an experiment on 16 sexually mature white rats weighing from 190 250 g, by causing them burns using a special device. area simulated burn 8–10 % rat body surface, depending its size. depth lesion corresponded IIIA-B degree according O. V. Vyshnevsky (superficial burns). Galvanization damaged performed under anesthesia 3rd day device «Stream-1» with density 0.04–0.05 mA/cm2 for 30 minutes. Behavioral reactions animals, dynamics weight loss, features wound process damage were evaluated. Histological bacteriological examination wounds 2–3, 6–7, 13–14, 19–21 days after modeling Results discussion. use contributed activation demarcation cleaning processes area, accelerated reparative regeneration, reduced microbial contamination surface. Thus, optimization achieved, which reflected timing healing affected areas.
Conclusions. As result experimental study, it found that DCEF has beneficial effect burns.
